Another alternative to Vonage, GloPhone soft phone lets clients make pc to phone, web to phone and pc-to-pc calls using the service provider's gateway. It provides excellent call quality and versatility with it's easy and powerful phone features. The company says Glo2Go lets users talk free anytime, anywhere in the world.

You receive a real phone number and a four digit pin number which can be given to callers as your extension.

The company says users can talk and surf online without service disruption. Visit websites, shop and talk at the same time. Voice Mail To E-mail -- Allows you to receive voice messages as an mp3 file sent right to your e-mail. Access it from anywhere.

Hot Voip Phones tested the service with great results. Even running Stanaphone and Glophone at the same time on the same computer did not cause any conflicts or service disruption. Voicemail messages by email were clear and of digital quality.

Multi-Line user allows people in the same family to have access to different phones with different plans (Free, Paid) for different users’ needs, all on the same computer.

We requested data sheets and product information but have not received a reply at the time of this writing. The service, however, is great. It came with 30 minutes of free talk time that we used to test connections and clarity when calling regular home phones and cell phones. Clarity was great during these tests.
