Another nice feature that some companies are afraid to give to their users is network monitoring. 3WTel monitoring goes on continuously during the call, and it is normal to see minor fluctuations during a call. The meter is displayed only during a call.

Their softphone is very nice looking and the 3WTel website has a detailed, step by step interactive help area to help learn the softphone features. The soft phone is a two line phone.
