VoIP for ICQ is presented by one of the original instant messenger and personal presence providers. ICQ Voip has phone to phone, pc to phone, PC to PC service. ICQ version 5 is available in many languages. If you prefer the old classic version it is available as ICQ 2003. ICQ is a video phone, has press to talk audio, and can function as a telephone for standard long distance and international calls. The download is free.

If you cannot download ICQ you can use ICQ from any browser with web based ICQ2GO. They also have ICQ for Pocket PC and Power Mac PPC. It looks like ICQ has something for everyone. ICQ push to talk - walkie talkie mode - only works between two ICQ Version 5 users. If you download the old traditional version, walkie talkie push to talk mode is not available.
