The TelePhoSee video phone for ISDN applications is from Wooksung Electronics and is mentioned here because it is an ISDN product. From the manufacturer's website:

If you are looking for a video phone for applications other than ISDN please select from our menu. At the present time we are trying to differentiate between video that is true VoIP and SIP telephony and that which is an extension of programs which have been around for years, such as NetMeeting. We do not consider those to be video phones.
