aiTelephone claims they use their own services in their offices and on the road so they know they work well. Another Voip telephony provider with competitive rates, aiTelephone strives to reduce telephone rates with features such as callback, international callback, prepaid PC calling and more.

They do not have a softphone download, or if they do we could not find it. Their service should work well with Express Talk and other PC Voip dialers. Their service works with an ATA adapter available from aiTelephone. Presumably other ATA adapters should work too. Many companies offer their own ATA so the customer simply plugs it in to their router or gateway and it is easy to use.

Here at Hot VoIP Phones we erased the sipPhone configuration of a Grandstream 486 and reprogrammed it for Stanaphone. We can tell you it is not the thing to do for the inexperienced user or a new Voip customer that wants aiTelephone services. Besides, their pre-configured adapter probably updates configurations and firmware automatically.

With aiTelephone you can host unlimited conference calls for a flat monthly fee. No per minute charges. For those unfamilar with conference calls they can operate in various modes such as lecture mode and interactive mode. "Follow Me" international toll free numbers are available in the U.S. and many other countries according to the aiTelephone website.
