That is a typical low rate. They have per-second billing which is a nice feature usually not found elsewhere.

If you in a security sensitive setting be aware that the web based dialer does put some software on your computer. International Digital Telecom operates the ConnectWays service. Connectways® has set no fixed upper limit on the number of calls you may make through the Service.
