GoToCall's latest dialer features many improvements designed to make your calling experience simpler and more enjoyable. In fact, you no longer even need Java--it works with Windows XP. This is a free download from Go2Call.
If you want to make calls - and that's the point anyway - then you need to create an account. Go2Call is a member of the US Better Business Bureau and they accept all common credit cards. Calls within and too the United States are the benchmark that we use to determine competitiveness. Go2Call's rate is USD 0.0350, slightly higher than the average of 0.029
US toll free rates are 4¢ per minute and the access number is 1 888-441-4422. We did not see free SIP to SIP or in-network calling on their website. Their calling account works just like a phone card and you could call from regular phones. Access numbers for other countries and services can be seen on their website.
