Create Account ID / Recharge Balance
Launch LUNAphone, enter PIN, make calls

We use the US average of 0.029 cents per minute as the average cost for VoIP calls, but LUNAphone is 0.015 - almost half the national average. Hopefully their rates will be as good for your country.
