NetTelePhone has an interesting softphone which, they say, has digital processing technology that offers the best voice quality. Their phone is not a rehash of Xten and others, but instead is an intuitive SIP phone.

When comparing their rate with the benchmark of 0.029 (USD) they come in a little lower at 0.022 cents per minute. Of course many other factors should be considered when selecting a Voip provider. Considerations include good technical support, ease of use, network reliability and direct inward dialing - (DID's are regular phone numbers)

You can use NetTelePhone calling accounts with their software, web callback or with SIP devices (IP Phones & VoIP Gateways). At the time we reviewed their software in-network calls between NetTelePhone softphone users was either available nor a free service. We aren't sure which is is, as their website simply says "This feature will be available soon"
