Phonewala has a SIP dialer you can download. In addition they support devices and hard phones. They are based in India. When we tested their support capability they were responsive.
Their SIP dialer download is slightly less than 2 megabytes. We did not attempt to interface it with Express Talk. In the Phonewala store you see various products that interface with any internet service provider and any Voip service - a feature we think is nice. Too often one buys an ata adapter such as a Grandstream which is configured for one provider, and even after dumping the code to use it with a different provider, the adapter takes control and re-programs itself. Turning off the auto update feature fixes the problem.
You must check the currency exchange rate to see if their calling rates are competitive. All prices are in Rupees. With dialup, broadband, and call center solutions don't underestimate their capabilitites. Technology in India is very advanced. Call centers for major US corporations are moving to India at a rapid pace.
