Visitalk - A Video Phone With Vision
As a Visitalk member, you have access to a personal home page. From there, just find the person you want to call, click the icon next to their name, and start communicating with voice and video. These are H.323 video calls.
We think this service is perfect for service members in an country's military service, or anyone away from home. One user said

The Visitalk Website acts as a virtual switchboard by connecting users over the Internet. Actual calls are facilitated by IP conferencing software, such as Microsoft NetMeeting.
Each Visitalk user has a 12-digit PCNTM, or Permanent Communications NumberTM - an Internet phone number that follows him or her anywhere in the world. Unlike a telephone number, which rings at a particular point on the telephone network, a PCN can be activated on virtually any device with Internet access - whether the user happens to be in New York, London, or Bangladesh.
